Cocky Guys

Last night I went on a date with a friend of mine. He's a cool guy. I like him as a friend. For some reason he likes me on and off in a romantic way. I like being around him when he doesn't like me in the romantic way. I noticed that he might be liking me again because of the way he's been acting. So he asks me on this date and the whole time he is cocky. He kept talking about how great he was at country dancing. He is pretty good. Although I have a hard time dancing with him. Then he kept going on about how good of a bowler is. In fifth grade he was on a bowling league. Whoopty do da! Needless to say I was ahead the whole game and I am not that great at bowling. The night goes on and cockyness doesn't stop. I don't like cocky guys and don't like unconfident guys either. Where is the happy medium? Confident but not cocky. Is there such a guy out there? Probably not.
