Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors!

I was talking with a friend who isn't married yet. She like me is sick of dating. We both have had many conversations about dating and getting married. We both want to get married and have a family. So I had this thought the other day. I decided I needed to not focus on getting married. Thats when I decided as soon as I graduate I am moving out of state. I also decided to focus on family, friends, and school. I decided if I was going to focus on dating, I was going to focus on going out on many dates with different guys. This is when I thought about Baskin Robbins 31 flavors. I have never tried all their flavors. I need to do this with dating. I am going to go on 31 dates with 31 different guys. How fun will that be? I am going to write their names down in a notebook and what I liked about them. Its like eating ice cream without the calories. (Maybe I will loose some weight) I have already had two dates since Todd and I broke up. I am going to count those. 29 flavors to go. I think I will learn alot and have alot more fun. This way I will not focus on getting married, liking someone, wanting to date them. I think dating will be alot more enjoyable. I think I am going to try not to fall for anyone either. I need to have 31 dates. I want all the flavors. This way I will have a better and clearer idea of what I need/want and don't need/want in a husband. So if anyone of you know anyone you could set me up with let me know. I am up for fun dates.

Gewen Marie Wagner!

This is Gwen. This is one of the girls I nanny. I love her. I love all the kids I nanny. I may have to blog about the others later. She is so cute. I love watching her day grow and develop her cute personality. She is learning new words each day. I remember when she was little new born. She had dark hair and now it is blonde. She calls me Heela. I love how she says my name its so cute. I also love that she loves her mom but still loves to come to me even when her mom is around. Here is a list of some of the words she knows. Bandaid, ouch, uh oh, water, more, No!, dog, cat, cow, kitty, duck, dlaire(for Claire her sister), book, aminal(animal), pizza, spit(sprite). I could name more.

a little update!

I had a few minutes and thought I would update my blog since its been a while. I was dating this guy named Todd(Look at post below). We went on a date and things went really fast from there. It was going perfectly. Then one day things changed. I don't know why. So we decided to take a break. He told me he needed time to figure out if I was the one. (He brought up the "M" from the very start.) I think he might have freaked himself out. He said he didn't think he would need longer than a month. I told him to go date other girls and see if he felt different around them versus me. Two and a half weeks into the break he starts texting. He ends up at my house that night and we talk. But we didn't really decide on anything. After talking I go back into my house and I get the feeling that I just need to give him more time. The next day I decided I am going to tell him that we need to break up officially. I am going to tell him if one day he stops being confused and realizes that I am for him then he can come talk to me. But I am not guaranteeing that I will be around or even want him by that point. Boys are lame! This is probably for the best and I am learning alot. Thats what dating does to you. Dating teaches me what I do and don't want in a husband. I have also decided to try not to focus on dating. I decided to focus on my school, friends, and family. I also decided I am going to do one of two things after I graduate. 1. I am going to go and California and live with my Aunt and Uncle in San diego and work. 2. Go back east and nanny. I am very excited for this plan. I hope one of those things work out.

This past week has been very sad. My cute little cousin Emmalee passed away on October 1st. She had liver cancer. Yesterday was the viewing and today was the furneral. The viewing was very nice. The furneral was sad, bitter sweet. Emmalee was such an amazing girl. Example to all of us. I am missing her alot. Our family will miss her very much. I know that this was for the best because she was in pain and didn't feel good because of her cancer and it was god's will. I am grateful for the plan of salvation and knowledge about eternal families.
