Last friday Kurtis and I went to the homecoming dance. It was so much fun to get dressed up in my pretty purple dress I had from dances I went to in high school. For dinner we went to the institute because they had free dinner. It was spagetti. Then us girls went to Shanae and Tricia's apartment and got ready for the dance. It was fun to be with just the girls for a bit. I think we kinda got all hyper around each other. We ooo'd and aww'd at each other dresses and our hair and makeup. Then the boys came and got us. We went over to the dance. My group of friends and their dates were all there. At the dance we were back and forth between Kurtis's friends and my friends. It was fun to dance and get away from homework for the weekend. This was the best dance I went to because One I was with Kurtis and then our friends were there. Couldn't have asked for a better dance.
